Who we are
Who can access our website
The content on our website is restricted to those 18 and over (or the legally permitted age if higher where you access the internet), due to the nature of our business and products. If you try to access any page on our website, you will be asked to provide your date of birth. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information. We are not liable if you enter our website or fill out any requests for information if you have previously told us you are of age.
PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT, HOW WE DO THAT, AND WHAT IT’S USED FOR
As a website visitor, we collect some data automatically: for example, your IP address, the date, times, and frequency with which you access the website, the way you use and interact with our content, your equipment, as well as browsing actions and patterns. This information helps us improve the website experience.
You may choose to share with us other categories of personal data (such as your name, date of birth, contact information, gaming habits, or other information related to our business or products) through a direct interaction. This may happen when you opt-into filling out forms we provide. This may include applications to be a G Gamer, submissions for our market research activities, or signing up for our mailing list. In these instances, we will collect, process, and store your data in accordance with the parameters set forth for each initiative. This data is saved to Airtable (ISMS credentialed: https://www.airtable.com/security) and/or Dropbox (AES and SSL/TLS encrypted: https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/security/how-security-works) and only accessed by those if it is necessary to be able to conduct business with you.
We do not automatically or otherwise collect any special categories of personal data about you, including details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and/or genetic and biometric data.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
The statutory obligation to retain data is seven years.
What actions can you take regarding the data that we have?
If you want to know what data we have about you, you can make a “data subject access request” which enables you to receive a copy of your personal data and to check that we are lawfully processing it. If you think your personal data is incorrect, you can always ask us to correct it (although we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us).
It’s also possible to use to erase your personal data, ask us to stop processing it, limit its use or even request a transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you what you need. We may be unable to erase some p if the deletion conflicts with any legal or regulatory obligations that we have; if this is the case, we will let you know in our reply.
Please note that these rights only apply to information which you initially provided.
You may not have to pay for any of the above; however, if the request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, excessive, or otherwise malicious, we may charge a reasonable fee or reject your request.

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising under the Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
If you feel we’ve done something wrong …
