Who can access our website

The content on our website is restricted to those 18 and over (or the legally permitted age if higher where you access the internet), due to the nature of our business and products. If you try to access any page on our website, you will be asked to provide your date of birth. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information. We are not liable if you enter our website or fill out any requests for information if you have previously told us you are of age.

We do not automatically or otherwise collect any special categories of personal data about you, including details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and/or genetic and biometric data.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

The statutory obligation to retain data is seven years.

What actions can you take regarding the data that we have?

If you want to know what data we have about you, you can make a “data subject access request” which enables you to receive a copy of your personal data and to check that we are lawfully processing it. If you think your personal data is incorrect, you can always ask us to correct it (although we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us).

It’s also possible to use to erase your personal data, ask us to stop processing it, limit its use or even request a transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party.
