G Gamers are a new breed of player, ones who know what they expect in an online slot or casino game and want to help shape the future of online real money games. We’re looking to recruit 50 or so players who can beta test our games before we bring them to market. In all cases, we’ll compensate you for your time with £35 per hour! (But you won’t win real money by playing.)
FEEDBACK SESSION
Each feedback session will consist of 5–12 Gamers, depending on the complexity of the product and the depth of the research.

a gamer
You’re a passionate online slot or casino games player.
You’re able to articulate why you like a game … and make suggestions on how it could be better.
You can show us proof that you are a gamer (this can be done in a number of ways and we’ll discuss options with you).
You’re available every couple of months to login to our testing server, play a game or two, and answer some questions via a video call, a phone call, or an online survey … for now … we have hopes of potentially meeting in person someday soon for our local gamers.
Given the above, you must have access to a working internet connection on your computer or phone.
You have a good grasp of English (verbal and/or written).
You’re over 18.

If you’re interested, we’ve created a short application.
There are a couple of questions about you and who you are, and then a few about your gaming habits. Once you submit, we’ll have a look and see if there is a mutual fit.
If there is, we’ll email you with next steps. If there isn’t, we’ll let you know why. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis – there is no deadline.
But the sooner you apply, the quicker you could be playing the industry’s next big hit!

Please read these before proceeding. If selected to take part in our research sessions, you are also agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please also make sure you read our Privacy Policy.
If you work in the industry or have self-identified as having a gambling problem in the past, unfortunately you are not eligible to apply.
Our secrets need to be safe with each other; since you’ll be exposed to confidential information, we will ask you to sign an NDA. In return, we agree to not sell or share your details to anyone but the answers you provide will be kept in our database on Airtable for up to seven years, regardless of whether you are selected as a G Gamer.
If you apply and are not selected, and would like us to delete your details, please email marketresearch@g.games and we’ll take care of that for you.
If you would like to make a complaint, please email marketresearch@g.games with the following information:
- Your full name
- Contact telephone number
- Details of the research you took part in or applied to (if relevant)
- The details surrounding the complaint
Being selected as a G Gamer does not mean that you are employed by G.
Due to UK gambling laws, if you are selected for a session, you will not be able to play any of our games anywhere else on that day; however, you are allowed to play our live games on non-sessions days.
You will be incentivised for your participation at a pre-determined rate. It is your responsibility to find out if you need to declare this payment as taxable income.
You will need to give us your bank details prior to participating in any session.
Payment will be made within 30 days of the close of the session.
If you live outside of the UK, you’ll be paid in your local currency by bank transfer or a digital payment service. The exact amount you receive will depend on the exchange rate on the day of payment and may be subject to charges for the transfer. If payment in a particular currency isn’t possible, a different type of payment may need to suffice, such as a digital voucher.
We will always let you know either by phone or email if you’ve been selected for a session and will include the relevant details.
If we ask you to join us in person, you are responsible for planning your journey to the session, but we’ll pick up the tab for reasonable travel expenses.
Please always bring photo ID with you to a session. If you don’t, you may not be included and will not receive your incentive.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from our database if we believe you have violated any of the below:
- If you arrive at the session (virtually or in person) intoxicated
- If you are abusive to any of the team in any way (including, but not limited to, shouting, swearing, violent behaviour, abusive emails or texts, etc.)
- If you have provided misleading information during the screening process or the session
We have a Data Protection Agreement in place with Airtable to ensure your data is secure and kept in a GDPR-compliant system. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
We reserve the right to change the way our market research operates. Any changes will be communicated to you.
